Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy is a specialized field of physiotherapy that focuses on the rehabilitation and improvement of the musculoskeletal system’s functionality. It addresses individuals experiencing pain in the lower back, neck, or other body areas, which may be due to poor posture, injuries, or overuse. Additionally, it provides effective support for chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis and helps manage daily physical strain.

At One Physio, our goal is not merely to reduce pain, but also to fully restore functionality and prevent future injuries. Through a comprehensive and personalized approach, we empower individuals to return to their activities stronger and healthier.

Post-operative Rehabilitation

Post-operative physiotherapy is a specialized form of rehabilitation focused on helping patients regain mobility, strength, and functionality, reduce pain, and prevent complications after orthopedic surgeries. Such procedures may include arthroplasties (such as knee or hip), fracture rehabilitation, ligament reconstruction (e.g., anterior cruciate ligament), spinal surgeries, and other interventions involving the musculoskeletal system.
At One Physio, post-operative rehabilitation is carried out following the most modern rehabilitation protocols and guidelines. Communication with the treating physician is of utmost importance, and post-operative instructions are followed.

Sports Physiotherapy

Sports physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy that focuses on the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries resulting from sports and physical activity. Its goal is to support athletes in regaining their full functionality and physical performance after injuries, while simultaneously contributing to improving physical condition to prevent future injuries. It includes the use of manual therapy techniques combined with equipment and a specialized exercise plan.

One of the most important factors for a safe return to sports activity is adherence to functional criteria. At One Physio, we use appropriate equipment and monitor specific performance areas such as strength, range of motion, endurance, power, and jump height using the relevant equipment.
